So me and my husband travel very frequently and I honestly can say this was one of the best hotels we have stayed at. Rooms were super clean, friendly staff. We got picked up from the airport at midnight so we were very tired and front desk had us checked in within minutes with a smile on her face. I felt very safe. Stores walking distance. Breakfast was great and not very many hotels I’ve stayed at had breakfast like this place. All in all the price of the room was worth it. We will be staying there again
Our experience at the Quality Inn & Suites was absolutely wonderful! From the clean, comfortable rooms to the outstanding customer service, everything exceeded our expectations. Samantha at the front desk was especially kind and helpful, and the shuttle driver was so pleasant and assisted us with our luggage. We felt truly taken care of and will definitely be returning in the future.
I’ve been here for a couple months now and I can say that this place is one of the most comfortable places I’ve stayed. From the front desk to the rooms to the housekeeping and maintenance crew. They are friendly clean and have adhered to all of my request even if they didn’t understand. The jetted tub room is a a++++++ for sure all the way to the regular king bed rooms. It’s quite when needed and is close to the airport so you meet lots of people I give them a a plus and looking forward to continuing my stay thank you guys for the hospitality kindness and awareness
Rooms were clean and comfortable, staff was friendly, and breakfast was great. The airport shuttle was really convenient and on time. The driver was especially nice and helpful. Would stay again.
Such an amazing stay!!! Shuttle was super convenient and very much on time! Beds were so soft it was like sleeping on a cloud, best night sleep in months. And they also had everything I needed in there Market, so I can take with me on my way out. Would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND.
Came here late at night, only had to wait a little bit for the shuttle, got to the hotel was a fast check in staff was great! Went to the room it was fantastic! So clean and so comfy will definitely come back!!
This hotel is exceptional for the price! I’m waiting to move into my house and have been frequenting many hotels while between homes. Comparatively this is by far the highest quality - the staff are incredibly hospitable, Brennen and Tomo were wonderful! The rooms are large, they provide toiletries (which is rare!) and they’ve got amenities that other hotels don’t offer like guest laundry, exercise room, and hot breakfast! I plan on staying here as much as i can until i can be home. Only complaint is that they charge extra to park your vehicle, so i just park across the street. All in all though i give this hotel 9 out of 10!
I recently stayed at the Quality Inn and had a very good experience. Hotel was clean upon 1st impressions. Front desk staff was pleasant and easy to work with. I had a few questions and they were answered with no hesitation. I got good advice on local restaurants to visit. My rooms was very clean. Breakfast was good and check out was a breeze. I also was in need of a shuttle service to the airport. My needs where meet with no hesitation I was on time actually early. Over all I had a very pleasant experience and definitely will be returning again.
